How many more scenes did you add? Are you using that Scene Progress chart yet? I did see you wrote 3 Keys on Scene 10. Use dates when you start a production stage on your Scene Progress chart. Also you need to figure out how many scenes you need to do a week to keep ahead of your schedule. If you have 67 scenes, you need to do a little math to figure out how 67 scenes will be finished in the week you have on your schedule. Work quickly during layout, rough animation, take more time when cleaning up your work.
